Orphanage Ministry
Unless you have traveled to the places in the world that are the most desperate you cannot truly grasp the urgency of the need that surrounds these children. As Alive In The Spirit has been ministering around the world there have been several projects that became burdens or opportunities. Larry and Judy have taken it upon themselves to partner with Christian orphanages in Africa and Myanmar. They participate in daily operations as well as special projects. There are 425 children that are the recipients of the care and prayer Larry and Judy provide. These orphanages are being run by amazing Christian Pastors and individuals that care for these children on a daily basis. Alive In The Spirit is proud to partner with such tremendous projects in such tangible ways.

These beautiful children live in unimaginable circumstances and they do so with smiles on their faces; because they are being taken care of and loved in a safe, Christian orphanage. Project: KULISHA
Larry and Judy have been partnering with the SIANY CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER for nearly a decade. Recently a piece of land was purchased for a much needed expansion to their ministry. Currently there are 350 children going to school in temporary tin shacks. And, an additional 380 children that get fed on the weekend. Their current facility is just not adequate for the extensive ministry they are doing.
Alive In The Spirit is partnering with Siany to help them build a permanent structure with classrooms and a cafeteria that will enable them to do the ministry they have been called to do. Alive In The Spirit has started Project: KULISHA. Kulisha is the Swahili word for “nourish or feed” and that is exactly what Siany is doing, feeding their minds, bodies and souls. Please join us as we raise funds to help them continue what has already been started. The foundation has been laid and work can resume as soon as funding becomes available. 100% of your donation will go directly toward building this project.
UPDATE January 24: The project is well underway. The first floor has been completed and the forms for the second floor have begun. We are so pleased to be able to help in this necessary expansion. There is still much to do and we still need your help to finish strong.
